From 2020 - 2022 I was a program director for the Black Students for Disarmament at Yale, and a lead organizer in the campus and city-wide coalition, Abolition Alliance at Yale. Through political education sessions, protests, outreach and direct action, we fought to have the private militarized Yale Police Department defunded and dismantled.
